Aix-en-Provence, 03\/04\/2025<\/b> – European Camping Group (known under the Homair<\/a> brand in France) has announced the takeover of Le Saint Louis<\/b>****<\/a> campsite on the C\u00f4te d’Azur and the acquisition of Le Helles<\/b>****<\/a>\u00a0campsite in Brittany.<\/span> The two sites will be operated under the <\/span>Marvilla Parks<\/b><\/a> brand from the beginning of the 2025 season, further consolidating the group’s presence in popular French destinations for European holidaymakers. <\/span>

A strategic partnership model<\/b><\/p>\n

The takeover of <\/span>Le Saint Louis****<\/span><\/a> was achieved alongside the long-term renewal of ECG’s strategic partnership with tour operator, the Dumont family, at Le Ruisseau des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es***** (Bidart, France) and Colina do Sol **** (Sao Martinho do Porto, Portugal).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Two new Marvilla Parks destinations<\/b><\/p>\n

Le Saint Louis****<\/b><\/a> (Riviera, France) \u2013 7 ha, 200 pitches<\/b>. <\/b>Formerly under the Yelloh! Village brand, this holiday park is located in La Roquette-sur-Siagne and offers an authentic Proven\u00e7ial experience with modern facilities. ECG is planning an investment and modernisation plan to strengthen the destination\u2019s attractiveness to holidaymakers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Camping Le Helles****<\/b><\/a> (Brittany, France) \u2013 3 ha, 147 pitches.<\/b> Located in Sainte-Marine (South Finist\u00e8re), this holiday park has direct access to both a beach and the GR34 hiking trail. ECG plans improvement works to modernise the park\u2019s infrastructure and embrace the destination\u2019s natural beauty.<\/span><\/p>\n
