A graduate of HEC, she joined the ECG Group in 2026 as VP Marketing, where she oversees in particular digital initiatives, branding, and customer experience. She began her career in consulting before moving into marketing and digital roles with organizations known for their culture of innovation, such as Meetic, Deezer, and SNCF Connect. Prior to joining ECG, she served as Marketing and Digital Director at Pathé cinemas, where she worked notably on the premiumization and digitalization of the customer experience.

Pierre-Mikhael Voyer, Deputy CFO, holds a Specialized Master’s degree from ESSEC. He started his career at PwC as a financial auditor for 3 years. He then joined the Transaction Services practice at PwC where he held the position of Director, working on numerous transactions in the Outdoor Hospitality industry. In this previous role, Pierre-Mikhael supported ECG  since 2014 providing financial due diligences in the contect of acquisitions, Group’s refinancing and Changes in Shareholding structure.

Corentin PHILIPPE, Director of M&A, is a graduate of EDHEC Business School. He started his career in investment banking, first at Credit Suisse in London, and then at Goldman Sachs in their Paris office where he served as Executive Director. He notably worked on various transactions in the hospitality sector. More recently, Corentin was Head of M&A of the group Tournaire where he supported the company in its international expansion through acquisitions.

Rik VAN HEUVELN, Finance Director for Northern Europe, holds a degree in Accounting & Business Management and a Master’s specialization in Risk Management & Corporate the government. He spent five years in the financial services sector and two years at a software company before joining Selectcamp as Finance Manager in 2016, a well-known brand under Vacanceselect. In 2019, he took charge of all Vacanceselect operations in Northern Europe. Following the merger with European Camping Group in March 2023, Rik was appointed as the Finance Director for Northern Europe, overseeing financial operations, control, and legal affairs with a centralized focus across all ECG brands and divisions.

Louis CHUPIN

Louis CHUPIN, Director of Strategy and Transformation, is a graduate of ESCP Business School. He began his career in the corporate planning and strategy department at Saint-Gobain. In 2015, he joined the consulting firm Roland Berger, initially working in the Shanghai office before relocating to Paris. Over the course of more than eight years of a distinguished professional journey, he has supported numerous French and international leaders in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors. Since 2023, he has served as Principal in charge of tourism, with a specific focus on the outdoor accommodation sector. Louis has advised ECG and Vacanceselect on various projects, notably participating in the acquisition and integration of Vacanceselect.

Aurélien PIOGER

Aurélien PIOGER is Group Commercial Director. He is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Lyon and Imperial College London. He joined the Group in 2022 as Head of Revenue Management.

With 15 years experience in the airline industry, Aurélien has built up a strong experience in the design of reservation systems, the piloting of revenue management and the coordination of commercial strategies at Amadeus and International Group Airlines. Finally, his role at Amazon confirms his operational and strategic excellence in creating processes, procedures and automation to improve the efficiency of day-to-day tasks and projects.

Maud FREDRIX is Roan’s General Manager. A graduate of Breda University with a specialization in purchasing and product development, she began her career at Roan in 2007 as Sales Manager and then Operations Manager. She has progressed through various positions and missions, always with a product focus.

Flora ESPINOSA

Flora ESPINOSA, Group Legal Director, holds a degree from the Faculty of Law in Montpellier, specializing in competition and consumer law. She began her career in Paris with Atout France’s Legal Department in 2011 before joining the Vacalians Group in 2016, where she served as the Legal Manager for the business division in 2017. In 2020, she assumed the role of Legal Director for the Vacanceselect Group. Following the acquisition of Vacanceselect in February 2023, Flora was officially appointed as the Legal Director of EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP.

Karima ABOUHAFS is the Director of Human Resources for France and Spain. She began her professional journey with Vacanceselect in 2008 as a Human Resources Assistant. After holding the role of Head of Human Resources for over 9 years, she was promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources following the acquisition of Vacanceselect by EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP.

Justine AGTEREEK is the Group Director of Human Resources. She holds a degree in business administration as well as a master’s degree in organizational and occupational psychology. Her career with the company began in 2019 when she joined as the Human Resources Manager Northern Europe before assuming the role of Group Human Resources Director for the Northern Europe, Croatia, and Italy regions.
 

Stijn DEPRAETERE

Stijn DEPRAETERE is the Deputy Managing Director of Eurocamp. He started work as a campsite courier for Holidaybreak in France. He was then promoted to the UK Head Office in 2001 as Logistics and Distribution Manager. In 2004, Stijn took on responsibility for managing the Contracting function. Five years later, this role was expanded to include responsibility for managing the Commercial department. In February 2012, Stijn was appointed to the Holidaybreak Camping Board as Commercial Director and more latterly as Product Director in 2014. He then became Chief Operation Officer for Eurocamp. In addition to his current role, Stijn is also Group Development Director. Born and educated in Belgium he studied Law and Political and Social Science in his native country.

Simon BONELLI

Simon BONELLI is managing director of ECG Support. Graduate from Aix-Marseille University in purchasing and logistics, he starteed his career in 2005 in the leisure industry as purchaser of Vacances Bleues. He joined Homair Vacances in 2011 to centralise and standardise the procurements of the group. Promoted purchasing and logistic director in 2015 following the Eurocamp merge, he is leading ECG Support since 2020.

Romain LUCAS, a graduate from Ecole Centrale Paris, started his career as strategy consultant with Advancy, working for multiple sectors. As part of his last assignments, he became a key contributor of the post merger integration following the 2014 Eurocamp acquisition. He joined EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP in 2015 to lead several key technological and operational transformation workstreams, became head of ECG Support in 2017, and has been appointed Managing Director of Marvilla Parks in 2020.

Rick BAX, a graduate from Breda University is the Managing Director of Roan. He started his career at Roan in 2011 as a SEO marketeer. From there he followed various roles from online marketeer until a promotion to Marketing Manager in 2016. In August 2021 he was appointed Managing Director.

Ralf DE BRUIJN, Directeur Général de CampingVision, est diplômé de l´Université de Breda.
Il a commencé sa carrière dans le secteur des loisirs en 2002, en tant que responsable de la communication d´Holiday on Ice. De 2004 à 2006 il a travaillé comme consultant pour MSL Group avant de rejoindre les équipes Marketing et Communication de Center Parks, Effeling et Fletcher Hotels. Il rejoint Allcamps en 2013 en tant que Directeur Marketing et Commercial ce qui lui permet de repositionner la marque et de nouer des partenariats dans le secteur du camping en Europe. Il est nommé Directeur Général de CampingVision en 2017, en charge de la fusion avec Lux-Camp et de la mise en place de la plus grande plate-forme de distribution de vacances en camping en Europe.

Quentin SCHAEPELYNCK, a graduate from Paris-Dauphine and HEC, is the Managing Director of Homair Vacances and Group VP Sales, Marketing & Guest Experience. He started his career in 2004 in the car rental industry, as the E-business Manager of FordRent and Rent and Drop brands. He became then a startup entrepreneur when he founded in 2008 the secondary ticketing platform zePASS.com. In 2012, he sold the company to the French leading e-ticketing company Digitick / See Tickets (Vivendi) whose he became Deputy CEO. Late 2016, he joined Homair Vacances as Sales & Marketing Director, then Managing Director in June 2018. Since early 2022, he is also the Group VP Marketing & since early 2024 Group VP Sales, Marketing & Guest Experience.

Sébastien MANCEAU, diplômé de ESCP-Europe, CEO du groupe, a rejoint ECG en 2023. Il a auparavant passé 16 ans au sein du cabinet de conseil Roland Berger, où il était Associé Senior et co-dirigeant du bureau de Paris, en charge des secteurs du tourisme et de la distribution. Dans ce rôle précédent, Sébastien a conseillé ECG sur diverses missions, y compris l’acquisition et l’intégration de Vacanceselect.

Nick RIGGS is Group Product Director coordinating research and development into new campsites services and accommodation offerings in the group. He started his career as European product manager for Shearing Holidays Ltd and Greatdays Travel Ltd. He then became Eurosites contract manager at Airtours plc before joining A La Carte Leisure Ltd as MD. In 2003 Nick was part of the management team that built Al Fresco, as a division of TUI UK Ltd, where he was business development manager then commercial manager then Managing Director, up to 2021. He is a graduate of Edinburgh University.

Mathilde LUCAS

Mathilde LUCAS is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Homair Vacances. She joined Homair Vacances in 2007 in the Sales Administration Department. She was then promoted to manage the Sales Administration and the ERP before becoming Executive Assistant. She was promoted COO in July 2017.

Jeroen VAN HEUSDEN is President of Roan Camping Holidays. Graduate in logistic management at Arnhem University in the Netherlands, his career within the group has started in 1998. He worked first as a technician and supervisor on different campsites in France and Italy. During the years he has held different positions as area manager, contract manager, operations director and managing director (October 2016). Jeroen has been appointed President of Roan in August 2021.

Darren MARSH

Darren MARSH is the Managing Director of Eurocamp. Prior to this he worked for TUI Travel from 2003 till 2014, most recently in a project role with The LateRooms Group and as a Managing Director for TUI Sport´s EMEA Division. From 2007 to 2011 he was Managing Director of Al Fresco, then a division of TUI Travel. He is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts. Since July 2021, Darren is also the Group Commercial Director for EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP.

Amadou Diouldé BALDE is the Chief Data and Technology Officer at EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP. He joined the company in 2019 as a Data Scientist with the aim of centralizing, standardizing and enhancing data for the entire group. Prior to that, he worked as a Data Scientist at Disneyland Paris. He was also a consultant at Umanis and Ernst & Young, where he helped several companies define and implement their Data and IT strategies. Amadou graduated in Statistical Engineering-Applied Economics from INSEA in Rabat and has a master´s degree in Data Science from Paris Saclay University.

Philippe de TRÉMIOLLES, a graduate from Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University (MBA) is EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP´s CFO & Managing Director since 2007. He took an 18 months break in 2013/14 as CFO of a publicly-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (Société de la Tour Eiffel) and re-joined ECG in 2014, when CARLYLE became its controlling sharehoder and the Group acquired Eurocamp. He started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and worked 3 years as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, in Paris and in New York. He also spent 8 years as an Investment banker with Morgan Stanley (London) and HSBC.

Alain CALMÉ

Alain CALMÉ became Chairman of European Camping Group in January 2024, after 14 years as Group CEO. Under his CEO leadership, the Group increased its revenues by almost 20 times, to become the European leader in camping and outdoor vacations, through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions, as well as permanent innovation and strong focus on customer satisfaction. Previously, he was a partner of PwC strategy Group, within Transaction Services, and a manager in Boston Consulting Group. He started is career at Pierre & Vacances. Alain is graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris
